This 90-minute concert, made available to ticket-holders on March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day, was recorded for Celtic Connections at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow and has been made available for streaming to a select number of presenters in the US.

The show features some of Ireland’s best-known folk songs from Molly Malone to The Rocky Road to Dublin performed in typical Dervish style from the band's album The Great Irish Songbook.

Special guests: bluegrass icons Abigail Washburn and Bela Fleck, Irish Singer Songwriter Brian Kennedy, Scottish songstress Heidi Talbot and American folk music royalty Peggy Seeger.

Dervish are long-established as one of the biggest names in Irish music internationally. They’re renowned for live performances which match dazzling sets of tunes with stunning interpretations of traditional songs. Dervish have a line-up which includes some of Ireland’s finest traditional musicians, fronted by one of the country’s best-known singers, Cathy Jordan.
