About the Event
Thistlerock Mead Company, the Blue Ridge Irish Music School, Wayflowering Flower Farm, and WTJU are joining forces for the second time to bring you a magical celebration of summer's arrival FEATURING:
-Performance by Koda Kerl, Marie Borgman and Fiona Balestrieri -BRIMS' Spring Recital of Irish music and dance with performers ages 5 - adults -A community cèilidh and Maypole dance - Honey Tastings & Mead Lore with the Thistlerock team -Flower Crown Workshop with Wayflowering -Archery & Games -Face Painting -Portraits with a Live Unicorn -Petting Zoo
Local culinary favorite Chimm Thai will be on site cooking up a ticketed Thai and South-East Asian lunch for hungry celebrants (please bring a little extra cash or card for this). We will also have drinks for adults and children available from local craft beverage partners.
Festive midsummer attire is not just encouraged, it will be rewarded! Bring chairs and blankets for picnicking. We cannot wait to see all!

RAIN PLAN: In the event of inclement weather (beyond a light drizzle), our event will take place at the Haven in Charlottesville instead of the farm. Organizers will send out a communication to all ticketed guests 24 hrs prior if this is necessary.
