Flute, Fiddle, Voice and More

 

BRIMS instructors offer classes in many traditional Irish music instruments, as well as how to play together in both formal and informal groups.

​

Instrument instruction includes, fiddle, flute, whistle, tenor banjo, and guitar.  Additionally we have a class that focuses on guidelines for playing in Irish sessions, along with learning tunes often played in sessions.  Finally, BRIMS has a class for those wishing to perform as part of a Traditional Irish Ensemble.  Tunes and arrangements are learned to develop a repertoire for public performance.
